Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Wsroo app ("Wsroo", "the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Wsroo helps sellers create advertising content using AI.

Information we collect

Account data: your email address and basic account/profile details used to sign in and identify your account.
Profile image: an optional profile photo you choose to upload.
Uploaded product images: images you upload so the app can generate ads and related content.
Generated content: ads, text, titles, and images produced by the app based on your inputs.
Purchase information: records of credit purchases you make (see "Purchases" below).

How we use your information

To provide the core features of the app, including AI generation of ads, text, and images from your inputs.
To store your account, profile, and generated content so they are available to you across sessions.
To process and validate your credit purchases.
To respond to support requests.

AI processing

Product images and text you provide are processed by automated AI systems to generate advertising content. Generated results are based on the inputs you supply. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it.

Purchases

In-app credit purchases are handled through Apple (App Store) and processed with RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; those are handled by the app store and its payment providers.

Infrastructure and service providers

Wsroo uses Google Firebase and Cloud Functions to provide authentication, data storage, image storage, and backend processing. Data is stored and processed on this infrastructure to operate the app.

Data retention and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app under My Account > Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your account record, profile image, and associated stored data. See our Delete Account & Data page for details. If you cannot access the app, contact us and we will assist.

Children

Wsroo is intended for use by adults running or managing a selling activity and is not directed at children.
