Delete Your Account & Data

How to remove your Wsroo account and associated data.

Delete from within the app

You can delete your account directly in the Wsroo app:

1. Open the Wsroo app and sign in.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to sign in or access the app, email support@wsroo.com from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will verify and process your request.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are removed at a high level:

• Your account record and sign-in credentials.
• Your profile information and profile image.
• Your stored app data associated with your account.

Note: purchase and transaction records that we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained as required by law and by the app store. Deleting your account does not refund unused credits.
